One of two new pairs of WFDs.
Not bad. Ran 6.3 mi. On the trail I saw two bunnehs, a cardinal, a chipmunk, numerous squirrels, two pairs of man boobs (a cups so they got a pass) and NO DOODIE. Folks pick up after their dogs. Yay!
75 degrees 80% humidity. This should be interesting.
I have walked or ran in this park for nearly 10 years. I have been to many others even run in some from time to time but this park on the soccer side (there’s baseball as well across the street) is my favorite. It’s just hard enough and just hot enough to get me ready every year for the Peachtree Road Race (July 4). This picture was after doing 6.2 miles. Post-stretch I sat my butt on a swing to cool down, the humidity was a BEAST, but the view is always nice.
I didn’t know this stuff was still available. In TUBS no less.
